I’m also trying to open videos and can’t get access to any of them on my phone or tablet. Brought my box away on holiday with me and can’t get started ☹️ very disappointed

Further to my previous reply – The passwords are also case sensitive so if it’s possible this was the problem then that could fix it! 🙂

Hi Sarah Jayne, is there a discontinuity at about 20 minutes when you are showing round 11 and 12? I can’t match the video to the pattern. At 22.36 onwards there is something strange. Can you help me please?
