Why does my video tutorial from this box not work?
I’ve tried password ( from inside the box ) in capitals and lower case. None work!!

Hi I always have trouble with that, I just spelt it out like I saw it and it work, I find the videos awful and annoying wish they could be better presented and have text but they still don’t . I am stuck on the bobble ? There nothing there to tie it to the hat .? Does anyone have any idea? It nice to have things to make that you can use for a change

I’ve finally gotten around to making the hat but being new to crochet my tension was too tight and have had to extend to 78 rows, my bad, we live and learn. I was hoping to get another ball of the grey yarn but sadly there aren’t any in your online shop, could you please advise a similar alternative.
